When will my order be ready for pickup?
Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed after 5pm (2pm on Saturdays) may not be processed until the following business day. Most orders will be ready for pickup within 2 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours during especially busy times or unusual circumstances (up to 48 hours for orders placed on a Saturday).
Can I bring my dog/cat/lizard into the store?
Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets. Please utilize a leash or appropriate carrier while shopping with your pet in the store.
Can you help me fit a harness/collar/coat/boots on my dog?
Yes! We're always glad to help find the proper fit for your pup. If you bring your dog into the store, we will measure them and try out different styles to suit your needs.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, we offer small dog grooming (sorry, no cats) at our Wausau location only. For more information on appointments, call us at (715) 845-9191 and Press 3.
